Client-ts tests failing without external modifications

Hi,

I'm just running a fork of the client-ts repo. I launched the devnet locally using nillion-devnet. After adjusting the GRPC endpoint to the correct one in the env file (http://127.0.0.1:26649) and running the tests I get the error.

I'm wondering if this is a general bug or if something is wrong on my user configuration side?
