Crepe for our custom Plugin.

Sorry this might be stupid, But i have been researching and going back forth with crepe and kit. I want crepe editor but also want to add some of my own plugins to it, Now I can do it by creating the editor from scratch, but it feels useless. So not sure how customizable is Crepe? Can we add in our own custom plugin to it?
