Inline insert MD content in editor

I have use Milkdown editor to display AI stream output and try to use insert macros but have problem that every new insert is on the new line (with <p> html tag) is it possible to inline insert md content?

You can change markdown content, append stream content to prev content, then use tr.replace with final content.

yes I have use replaceAll macro with new stream appended to the previous content but what about performance of this? it's need to rerender all md content @Saul-Mirone can we add boolean isInline parameter to insert macros?
