Missing Manta Tokens

I have not yet been able to retrieve the tokens from the bridge. Can someone please explain how I can retrieve the token from the bridge? The token is there but I could not retrieve it. If someone can please explain how, I will be very grateful.

I was stolen my token ETH when i was askings my rewards about connection from twitter, you must to stop that , if not the people going to leave $MANTA, a lot of scam and discord don't answer nothing, not possible ticket too
