GEDI Subsetter 0.11.0 released

GEDI Subsetter 0.11.0 was released with the following updates:

• Collection search now uses the collection concept ID rather than the DOI. This happens behind the scenes, but ensures that we won't run into a "multiple collections" issue in the future (like this one: GEDI_L4A_AGB_Density_GW_2028 has the wrong DOI in the CMR #1160). You can still use the "logical" DOI in the doi input (e.g., "L4A"), but if needed, you can specify a concept ID.

This does not require any user code change other than bumping to version 0.11.0 in your job submissions.
