How to setup password ping or gui prompt during "brew upgrade --cask"?

Description of issue

So sometimes when brew upgrade casks it would ask for password inside the terminal, and I would forget every-time and the upgrade process would be stopped there. Is there a way to make it so the program would ping me or popup a GUI prompt to enter my password?

It's using the plain system sudo for this. Anything you adjust for that will work for brew too.

Doesn't brew discourage using sudo?
Also, do you have any suggestions?

Brew blocks usage of sudo brew because installing everything as root is a bad idea on macOS. But for asking admin permissions you can't avoid sudo.
