Brew on OSX gets stuck on mdfind...again

gets stuck, have to kill mdinfd and than it adds:

Description of issue

I just found old thread and solutions but today brew started to hung, it looks like it fails on check Xcode version as brew doctor gets stuck on check_xcode_minimum_version, it looks there are no issues with check_user_path__X_ .
So I can't find any working solution.

Can someone help me?

Some checks I did after reading some threads:

xcode-select -print-path
/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools

xcrun git --version
git version 2.39.5 (Apple Git-154)

It seems like a reboot solved the issue...I'll never learn to apply the first rule of computer science "If it doesn't work...just restart it!" 😄
