Description of issue

I am trying to install msitools version 0.103 from a local tap, but I run into this error:

I have a local jpeg-xl that was built using cmake@3 , however, I cannot seem to find where to point my local msitools to that version of jpeg-xl:

Thanks for the pointer! However, in CMake Error at third_party/sjpeg/CMakeLists.txt:15 I see this value:

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8.7)

Shouldn't this satisfy both my local tap with cmake@3 and also the new cmake 4.0 which has been causing issues?

❓ Is there a way I can manually force my local msitools depend on the jpeg-xl package I built using cmake@3? As you can see on my paste info, when I run brew edit mariano/local-msitools/msitools@0.103 I cannot find jpeg-xl anywhere in the deps list, despite the former depending on such package.
