Description of issue

This is not a complaint: you fixed it! several new versions of packages quit building on my old MacOS. Almost complaints were about not finding things with sysconfig, which showed up AFTER brew found the things with sysconfig. Things were getting iffy in the last three months. Then they suddenly started working. Yay! Good job, even though you really don't want to support old MacOS. I didn't know where to look to diagnose, debug and fix the builds, so I'd just given up. THANKS AGAIN! (no reply needed)
