Description of issue

When I run brew install fontconfig, it always shows the error: "Download failed: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/fontconfig/release/fontconfig-2.16.0.tar.xz". Switching networks does not solve the issue.
How can I install it without using this link? Is there an alternative method that does not rely on this link?

Just some Warnings：

This would include the warning that your OS is no longer supported, which is an important thing to note here.
Fontconfig is trying to build from source because of that. And because they're doing a migration, their website is down and the download fails.
