Description of issue
Homebrew is generating a popup notification on my desktop every day. I want to stop it, but I want to stop it the correct way. A Google search doesn't show anyone else with this error message, which suggests that this is not a common error message. My questions are:

The wording is vague and doesn't mention Homebrew at all. But if I happen to look at it from a shell, I can tell it's actually Homebrew:
I can probably suppress this error message by going to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access >
