Description of issue

In the last couple days, whenever I run brew outdated I see the following messages:

Those are all casks I have installed (though they are not all of my casks), but the terminal spam is something new. It happens every time I run the command. I've tried manually updated the git repo (in case this was something where HOMEBREW_INSTALL_FROM_API was causing problems), but it still persists.

The messages aren't hurting anything (other than my system which parses the output from brew outdated 😂), but it's strange that they just started showing up and that the fetching happens repeatedly. A quick glance at those cask files in the repository doesn't show a pattern that I can see.

Any thoughts?

FYI, poking around other issues, I found a workaround that works for me for the time being, set HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1.

$ HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew outdated --cask --greedy-auto-updates

google-chrome (109.0.5414.119) != 110.0.5481.77
signal (6.3.0) != 6.4.1
spotify (1.2.3.1115,d61a8f5c,384) != 1.2.4.912,949d5fd0,267

Poking around, it also shows up with just brew outdated as well as brew uninstall ...
