brew svn ssl certificate verification failure on installing (font) packages

It has this problem with all packages that uses svn to fetch it, such as: font-libre-baskerville and font-literata.
Other packages such as font-iosevka-curly works fine as it doesn't uses svn

$ brew install font-libre-baskerville

I have been encountering SSL certificates verfication failures in some other occasions as well...
