unable to mining

hi, i cant to mining , i don't know why, i have try to lots of way, but i cant fix it. the mining app show “signal arrived during external code execution”，“Program exited with error code: 2”， i don't know what is that mean, please help.

Are you using CyberChain desktop?

"Program exited with error code: 2" often indicates corrupted files.

Please try:

1. Close CyberChain desktop.

2. Delete this folder:
   Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\xyz.opencyber.ccx_desktop\
   Linux: ~/.local/share/xyz.opencyber.ccx_desktop/

3. Restart CyberChain desktop.

yes, i use the CyberChain desktop to mining on window. i have tried to your way, but not fix.
do you have any other advise? i want upload the failure screenshot，but it cant be. T_T
