Law suits against creality for not releasing K2 Plus Source code possible

Where is all the source code for Creality K2 Plus printer? Since its obviously using klipper, moonraker, and fluid this should mean all the source code MUST be released along with any modifications. Source code DOES NOT mean a compiled version of the firmware and calling that good.

Probably Creality does not want to unveil the vast amount of data sent to Xingping cloud from our K2 printers:

• try to watch your traffic from the printer.
• set a local DNS record "mqtt.crealitycloud.com" to a local Mqtt broker (i.e. Mosquitto on HomeAssistant)

However i don't care what Winnie is doing in CN, but exported printer must conform to regional laws. To my understanding the importer is to be found liable for that.
