Creality Ender 7 Problems

Hello, I am starting this discussion about the Ender 7 I have had many problems with it.
One of the problems I am having is Homing problems, it seems to never know where it is, every time I go to auto home it, it goes back, then goes to the front and just rams the front of the base indefinitely unit I power it off. When I want to start a print I have to unplug the steppers and move them manually to home, Back Left, as that's where it thinks its home is. After printing it just moves on the x-axis to the side, it refuses to go back home correctly. Also, are there supposed to be two pressure stops, there's only one in the back? Also, does anyone have a proper slicer for the printer I have checked all of Creality's slicers and none of them are compatible with the Ender 7, I have used Cura with a custom profile, yet it still hardly works. I need help this was an expensive printer. The coordinates on the bed are always wrong, it NEVER knows where to be and where it is.
