Nope. However, in brief, Truck is still not capable enough for building a real CAD system.

I am not working on cadmium and I have no plans to work on it in the near future. If things change I'll post an update, but until then I recommend you look elsewhere for your cad needs.

Thanks for the response. Are you able to share more details? Is there a technical reason? Maybe the language was not right? Maybe missing libraries or tools? Or is it purely personal stuff and you no longer have the time for this project?

I was really excited for an open source onshape, it's sad that it's not going to happen.

no it was completely non tech reason. internal fights over imaginary money

The tech reason is that truck isn't mature enough as a b-rep kernel. It can't compute unions of shapes when there are co-planar faces, for example. It has no support for chamfers/fillets or topological naming.

There are non-tech reasons as well, but I'm not interested in litigating them here. Dzervas you have all the skills you need to lead your own project, I'd encourage you to go for it!
