"Add to Favorites" bringing back Home in Windows 11 File Explorer

Hey,

I've been testing in VMs on Windows 11 and noticed that even after removing "Home" the "Add to Favorites" option can bring it back.

I found some registry keys related to this if anyone wants to test or look into it.

Also I'm not an expert in registry edits and stuff so if I'm wrong about anything just so you know 👍
