My TabTip keep overflow when i'm connected to a exterrnal screen capture card

My native language is not English. So my explain might be not that good.

TL;DR:
Launching CS2 with External Screen Capture Card.

TabTip got "tabtip.exe the system detected an overrun of a stack based buffer"

And my game cannot be played.
