Another week, another update. Changes since last sync:

dbus was fixed so that it reloads on package changes
Firefox updated to v141.0.3
Both Firefox and Thunderbird had their language packs split out to a separate package and had an issue fixed where they wouldn't switch the UI automatically based on system language
Fontconfig stateless support overhauled so it works more intuitively
Plasma had an issue fixed where GTK apps might not use the system fonts (especially the monospace font)
Non-GNOME DE/WMs had an issue fixed where GTK terminals might have messed up font rendering if GNOME wasn't also installed
GNOME had an issue fixed where mountable disks and drives weren't showing up
Plasma had more of the PIM stack enabled, which means more integration with calendars and other groupware systems
mesa had an issue fixed that could cause crashes if applications attempted to use certain EGL extensions
GNOME pkgsets had zed removed, so it should now be possible to uninstall it without uninstalling the rest of GNOME
taglib added to repo and various packages rebuilt to include support for it
GTK3 updated, cleaned up, and had more features enabled
New packages
