Downloading the installation image is too slow

I was trying to download through the download page but am getting ~50KB/s speed. This will take overnight, and I am willing to wait. But are there any faster mirrors? My region is South Korea. Thanks.

We will look at CDN services in time to see about helping with download speeds.

Installing packages with moss is similarly slow. When installing the system with lichen, it will fail several times due to slow downloads.

It's been noted and something we want to look into (CDN services). For sure an area that can be improved but I can't give any specific ETA at this point.

Could the installation image be provided as a torrent/ magnet file, to help with this, ie, share the load?

It's also something we are considering. When I say we haven't gotten around to it, that isn't laziness but just a by-product of all the different plates we are spinning.

For now, CDN has been implemented. I have a 1 gig connection and my downloads have from from around 25 mb/s to around 75 mb/s when I downloaded the iso the other day. Packages in the repo (one you follow the transition guide) are similarly being accelerated.
