version 0.2 After Kickoff

This version includes a teleop beginning aswell as an auto beginning.

There is an auto file that was created called: Turn. This file makes the robot move to a set 90 degrees. The robot will always go to 90 degrees. Even if the robot is manually moved, it will go back to 90 degrees.
