Phase out CE image #5
Description
As @amotl kindly pointed out (#4), going forward there shouldn't be any need for a custom Crate Docker image---see #4 for the details. Should we:
- deprecate this image---just in case others start using it, we should make it clear we won't maintain it.
- phase this image out---we need some kind of migration plan for our prod envs, e.g. upgrade to Crate 4.5 during 3rd quarter 2021
Thoughts?
