Grafana dashboard for DCI sniffer

We now have realtime data from the DCI and MIB, gathered by our sniffer. We need to create a dashboard (separate from the rtUE dashboard) that will display this information in real time.

Data to show:

• Downlink synchronization parameters
• CFO
• SCS
• Number of decoded packets
• SSB ARFCN
• etc.

I have made a rudimentary dashboard for the DCI sniffer here

Moving forward we should have a meeting on what data is useful, and how it should be displayed in a helpful way.
