Integrate CU DoS attacker

We need someone to code a small dockerized service that communicates with the CU DoS attacker via IP, and sends commands to start and stop certain attacks. This will serve as a proof of concept for RAN side agents that are controlled by the RAN tester UE system.

@Anoop130 We need the DoS attacker to be integrated into the system. Please dockerize if possible, then open an IP so that it can receive messages from the controller.

We have successfully dockerized the CU DoS attacker. Now what remains to be done is:

1. Make the attacker wait for a signal from the RTU system
2. Fix arguments parsing to be more flexible and transparent
