Improve project creation CLI commands #722
Description
Replace project generate-yml with project create. We should add further options - in particular, the project name. Also add the option to index the newly created project (--index).
The project index function, which also auto-creates, shall call exactly the same code (essentially an alias), only with the index option enabled by default.
