Mark test creating a native library as slow

* Also `jt test integration no_extra_output` had 2 warning with ld64.lld:
  ld64.lld: warning: directory not found for option -L/usr/local/lib
  ld64.lld: warning: directory not found for option -L/usr/local/lib

  This works around that by not running these specs for that test.
