Database install along with SampleSchemas

I would like to get these databases installed along with the Sample Schemas. Is there any switch or option that I can add to the response file to get it to install the database along with the Sample Schemas.

I know I can install the SampleSchemas separately but I am looking at an all in one install to keep it simple.
