INS - Enable Turing to Define Secondary Facet Fields via Parameter to Preserve Their State When Clearing Primary Facets

Allow Turing to specify which fields are considered secondary facets through a parameter. This enhancement will ensure that when primary facets are cleared, the secondary facets remain unaffected, preserving their selections and improving filter consistency.
