Does ucx support using Intel Toolchain to build

I try to use intel compiler icc, icpc and ifort and build and install ucx. However, after I build and install it. And try to add ucx support to my openmpi 5.0.2, I found that the CUDA support is not on.
So, I want to confirm whether ucx build support using the Intel Toolchain.
