CCRS Processing Delays

We've uploaded a bunch Strain and Inventory data.  Some of the Strain data gave expected responses.  On the Inventory it seems to have stopped process -- we've only received responses for a few items.

And now none of the Manifests we've uploaded have processed.

Is it safe to use the Contingency Manifest now?

A status update I sent to LCB at 1300h Olympia time.

Hey, so me and all the other integrators are having some issues receiving responses from the CCRS.

Issue #62 / IR69595 -- is that we've not received any of the other data upload responses -- like for Strain and Inventory; and also for the Manifest uploads.

Issue #63 / NOT ASSIGNED is that we've each received manifest that were not assigned to us at all. Like, Cultivera sees mine, I see stuff from GrowFlow and Cultivera -- the email notifications are all scrambled.

I have also asked, at 11:46 AM if, with these delays we can use the Contingency Manifest that was only released to the CCRS resources today.

One of the design goals for CCRS was to NOT interfere with commerce.
We are all currently blocked on B2B Transactions.

Processing of reports is happening, but more slowly than we’d like.

If your report(s) is not due today, we’d appreciate if you would delay your submission.

This request is for both manifest and other report types and will be in effect until further notice.

Our IT team is working to identify the cause of this issue and will let you know as soon as the problem has been resolved.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring the new changes provide an improved experience for CCRS users.
