Related to Issue 141, Crash when doing space manipulations - new separate issue

I am currently using Windows and SketchUp 2023, latest Plug-in v1.7.
I have to tell you though that this crashing issue has been noticed by my team for a year at least and we've been working around it (mainly closing SketchUp and opening it again, hopefully having saved before). We've seen it with SketchUp 2022 and Plug-in v1.6, always on Windows.

I'm sorry maybe it was not clear enough on the previous post (issue #141), the crash does not happen while using the Surface Search dialog window. The Surface search is something I tried to do in order to avoid the crashes.

The plugin crashes when I manipulate surfaces in spaces (hide, reveal, new lines for windows for instance) when using SketchUp (see video for issues and crash). I also joined the file example_bug.osm
On OneDrive, available until August 31st.
