这个项目只是个前端开源的，后端需要什么需要自己去搭建？

我是个初学者，我非常需要这个项目的所有功能，我需要把这个项目的前后端全部进行部署下来，然后在本地进行使用，所以我在看完点的时候，我个人认为这全是前端的开源，后端需要自己去搭建对吗？

@YyJyyy this project will publish data to the OpenStreetMap Website. You can setup up your own instance of the OpenStreetMap Website code. There is documentation on that over there.
