[FEATURE] Add support for Argon2 password hashing algorithm

What solution would you like?
It will be useful for some cluster administrators to be able to use Argon2 as the password hashing algorithm and be able to configure properties such as:

• memory
• iterations
• length
• parallelism
• type
• version
