Change to RCMIP names

We're following a kind of pseudo WG3 naming convention at the moment. Given there's no public resource for such a naming convention, that's not ideal because there's no clear standard. We should switch to the RCMIP protocol (also here), yes it's very verbose but at least it's publicly documented.
