Recipe AddMissingTestCases is still supported ?

I want to create Junit Test case at the project level, (JDK8) Was exploring capabilities of OpenRewrite. However am not able to configure this recipe in my pom.xml - AddMissingTestCases. This is how my pom.xml looks like.

Is it possible for some one to advise what's going wrong or give me a sample project as reference.

Hi! I can't find any trace of us ever having a recipe called AddMissingTestCases. Where did you find a reference to that?

I'll close the issue for now unless more information comes in.
