Info button on both mobile and desktop versions of Openmhz #173

Luke - would it be possible to add an info button to the top row of Openmhz so the admins can populate the field with more information about the system the user is monitoring?
The admins could use this to add unit numbering or other import system information to help the listeners out. Thinking it could be similar to the current popup you have when a system is selected, (focus on call playing - background autoplay). The (i) info button could be stashed on the top row next to the filter icon or activity icon so both mobile and desktop users could quickly access the information. And one more request - can text formatting be allowed in the info field? At least have the ability to list multiple line items (within reason of course). Thanks!
