Description

The Xcode installed on the osx instances may be mismatched. We need to verify/validate that the version matches the OS version that we need.

On hold until Node.js version 20 reaches end-of-life (EOL). The Node.js project should formally determine the required versions of Xcode and macOS for these machines.
