Any interest in adding OpenROAD build support to cva6 repository

I wanted to create a bazel-orfs build setup for cva6 similar to what I did in MegaBoom

However, I need a bit of guidance to Yosys to build the .sv files.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Silly me, forgot to check out submodules:
