[avmfritz] Support for Zigbee Temperature and Humidity Sensors

Please add support for Zigbee temperature and humidity sensors to the avmfritz addon. These sensors are connected via a FRITZ!Smart Gateway. The following device has been discovered but is currently unsupported:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect the temperature/humidity sensor to the system via the FRITZ!Smart Gateway.
2. Initiate the discovery process in the avmfritz addon.
3. Observe the debug output indicating an unsupported device.

Expected Behavior

The avmfritz addon should correctly identify and support temperature and humidity sensors, updating readings accordingly.
Additional Context:

AVM supports additional temperature/humidity sensors. More information can be found here. If any additional details are needed to implement support for these devices, please let me know.

Hello,

I support this request as I have the same behaviour and as the zigbee temperature sensor can be used as external sensor for the Fritz!DECT thermostats would be very helpful to have this device supported by OpenHAB as well.
My zigbee connection is directly to a Fritzbox with Fritz!OS 8.01.

I will see if it is possible to add this via my #18624 ..

This will be resolved by #18647 -- the sensor channels are exposed via one Thing, and the battery channels are exposed by a second Thing.
