where "http://www.opengis.net/def/exceptions/ogcapi-processes-1/1.0/result-not-available" is defined in Core for jobs that do not have results

An equivalent "http://www.opengis.net/def/exceptions/ogcapi-processes-4/1.0/provenance-not-available" should be defined to indicate a OGC API - Processes - Part 4: Job Management definition with Provenance tracking that failed generation for one reason or another.
