Cannot access the Part 1: Core draft online

I did not notice any information about Part 1: The core draft was not available online anymore.

Is there any reason for this?

(same occurs for Part 4 actually)

Draft is available again for core (https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS/18-062r3.html), but is still missing only for part 4 (see #492).

Is it possible to have some details about expected functionality of draft report generation?

There are partially duplicate configuration references:

And the GitHub workflow is disabled:

Is it possible that ogcmetanorma.json is the expected reference by https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS, but is missing the configuration for the other parts to generate them?

Can we access the logs produced while the draft build runs?

Having such a resource available would be helpful.
