I can definitely see how this type of deep integration with chatbots will allow non-technical people to query OpenFoodFacts’ open database in their own natural language. Even for technical people it will become possible to construct complex queries with ease. This could revolutionize how future generations plan their diets and improve their health, especially now that LLMs have become the first go-to instead of Google search.
