Source more fields from off-query without needing to go to MongoDB

Story

Currently we only skip calling MongoDB if just the code is being requested. However, we could fetch a number of other fields from off-query and only fetch the unsupported fields from MongoDB

This is particularly important for scans as export_scans_to_query.pl does not update MongoDB, so the off-query data may be more up to date.
