Description
Implement Iowa transforms. This is also a running list of things to remember as I'm implementing loaders.
- 2010 General Johnson County - no district in US Rep office
- 2010 General, generally - Separate pseudo-precincts for absentee. Need to compress these into regular precincts.
- Split names in Gubenatorial candidate names
- 2000 general precinct results - there are absentee pseudo jurisdictions for specific house races, e.g. "ABS & SP BALLOTS HSE 87" in addition to a pseudo-jurisdiction for the absentee votes for all other races for the county. The race-specific ones should be rolled into the rest.
