feat: sciprt to remove all invalid translations from Transifex #44237
Description
In the event we get invalid translations, there's a need for an automated way to remove all of them from Transifex.
This is best done via Transifex itself. There's no such feature. Therefore, we'll probably have a script in this repository to ensure we don't perform that manually.
Use Cases
- Adding a new validator that catches many issues e.g. 15000 issue such as in the case of feat: Validate JSON files #44206
- GitHub Actions validation doesn't work properly due to misconfiguration, and invalid pull requests
- AI invalid translations getting merged for whatever reason
- An authorized merges a big pull request by mistake to
main
