This probably needs to be converted to using the Slack webhook bot, unfortunately I don't think Brian or I will have time to look at this before the conference due to urgent work priorities.

We have this working here: https://github.com/openedx/axim-engineering/blob/main/.github/workflows/add-GHrequest-to-team-board.yml#L43 but there is a configuration step on the Slack side.

I would recommend making an Axim engineering ticket for the on-call engineer to set up this integration.
