Updated City Operating Budget Data

I'd like to get access to Philadelphia operating budget data. The last update here is 2019: https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/city-operating-budget/

Is there a reason that it is no longer updated? Is there someone at the City you can direct me to ask for the data?
