Is there a API to get get permit and license details from the database: "licenses-and-inspections-property-history"

Is there a API or some other way I can pull data from the "licenses-and-inspections-property-history" dataset without typing it in the website search box?

I'm not aware of an API for the the catalog entry at https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/licenses-and-inspections-property-history/ (https://li.phila.gov/Property-History). However, it's possible there is an private API driving the web site.

I'm tagging @Kistine in case she has any insights.
