Is it possible to run opencloud on http behind a reverse proxy? And how can I install my own SSL certificate?

Maybe the solution for this discussion helps?
And it would also be possible to run the instance on http. IIRC it requires to set insecure to true in the config. Maybe there also exists an ENV var for that.
